We’re looking for a Staff UX Researcher to drive strategic, mixed-methods research for the company, spanning product initiatives such as perpetuals trading, predictions, RWAs, sports betting, saving, remittances and crypto spending. What you’ll do As a Staff UX Researcher on the MetaMask team, you will own and lead the end-to-end research process for a complex product area that covers trading and personal finance. You will generate decision-quality insights that de-risk bets, shape product strategy, and accelerate execution across multiple product surfaces. This is a high-impact, senior IC role for someone who is equally comfortable designing rigorous studies, synthesizing across data sources, and influencing senior stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
