The Role The Executive Assistant will support two executives and support founder meeting scheduling for the Venture and Games partners. This is an opportunity to work alongside individuals who are driven by excellence and a passion for technology. The ideal candidate is a team player with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Daily responsibilities include calendar management, coordinating virtual and in-person meetings, and travel. This role requires onsite presence in our Menlo Park and San Francisco offices, 5 days a week. To join our team, you should be excited to: Build and cultivate long-term relationships Handle communications, managing inquiries, executive and founder relationships, and high-priority requests with discretion. Provide proactive calendar management and complex scheduling in coordination with EAs across the firm, maintaining awareness of partner priorities and context to anticipate needs and be proactively helpful. Support partnership meetings, including creating internal and external pitch meeting invites, securing conference rooms, and coordinating with IT ahead of in-person meetings. Organize executive travel to attend meetings and conferences. Oversee small offsites and curated dinners including venue identification, catering, program materials and gifts. Support team operations as needed, including managing the swag process and assisting with offsite logistics. Manage team lunches for the extended team on in-office days, including taking individual orders, delivering to desks, and flexibly accommodating varying headcounts.
